Our Team.
Morgan is the founder of Stalwart Capital, which he launched in 2023. Prior to Stalwart, Morgan was the Head of Real Estate at Inspirato, overseeing the strategy and development of the club’s $1.8 billion real estate portfolio. In his decade at Inspirato, Morgan led every aspect of the portfolio, from underwriting and acquisition, to asset management and disposition. His career began at J.P. Morgan, where he got his first taste of real estate while working on acquisition of the land where SoFi stadium now stands.
Morgan holds his MBA from the Darden School of business at the University of Virginia, and is a dual degree earner in Finance and Economics from Colorado State University.
